These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the bejdb platform and all its services. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you ("User") and bejdb.

By browsing our website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have accepted all the terms listed below. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

bejdb reserves the right to reject or terminate any account without stating a reason. The service is intended for personal and recreational use only.

To use bejdb's services, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh and confirm that using such services is not prohibited under the laws of your place of residence.
• You must not be subject to any restriction regarding participation in competitions.
• You are not on a self-exclusion list.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person.

bejdb reserves the right to verify information provided by users. If any false information is submitted, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

3.1 Account Registration

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all accounts.

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Any changes to your information must be reported to bejdb customer support immediately.

3.2 Login & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
• Sharing your password or allowing a third party to manage your account is prohibited.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by sending an email to [email protected]. All legitimately earned balances can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

bejdb currently supports three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are Bangladeshi mobile banking platforms available nationwide.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made from a mobile wallet registered in your own name only.
• Deposits on behalf of a third party are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after review.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• bejdb may request additional documents for identity verification.
• Suspicious transactions may be put on hold under anti-money laundering policy.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

After opening a new account at bejdb, a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000, is provided.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance will be ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement applies to bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• To withdraw winnings earned using a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met.
• bejdb may modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus at its discretion.
• If misuse of bonus offers is detected, the account may be closed.

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on bejdb cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed. Each game and betting section has its own specific rules, displayed on the relevant page.

• Bets may be cancelled or results may change due to any technical error.
• bejdb is not responsible for losses caused by internet connection issues.
• Game results are determined by software and follow fair play principles.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting is available across various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The final decision to accept or reject a bet rests with bejdb.

6.3 Casino Games

The casino section offers live games, slots, fishing games, and many other types of games. Each game has its own rules and payout structure, displayed in the relevant game lobby.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bejdb platform:

• Attempting to earn bonuses or rewards through fraudulent means.
• Using any software, bot, or automated method to play games or place bets.
• Colluding with other users ("collusion").
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Deliberately exploiting any platform error or bug.
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other users.

In the event of account closure, if no terms violation has occurred, the opportunity to withdraw legitimately earned balance will be provided.

• Disputes must be filed within 30 days of the incident.
• The support team will provide an initial response within 7 business days.
